Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
Kegel Flow is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and your training data never leaves your device.
Data stored on your device only
The following stays in local storage on your phone and is never uploaded to us:
- Your training history, streaks, and program progress
- Your preferences (sound, vibration, reminders, language, selected program)
- The answer you give during onboarding (used only to select your program)
Deleting the app deletes this data. Your device's standard backup (e.g. iCloud device backup) may include it, under your control and Apple's backup terms.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account — we never see your payment details. To activate your subscription across reinstalls, we use RevenueCat, which processes an anonymous random identifier and your purchase receipt. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or identity.
Crash reports
If the app crashes, a technical crash report (device model, OS version, app version, stack trace) is sent to Sentry so we can fix the problem. Crash reports are configured to exclude personal identifiers and IP-based identification.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no ad tracking
- No selling or sharing of data with data brokers
- No analytics profiles tied to your identity
- No health data is transmitted off your device
Notifications
Training reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send remote push notifications and no notification data leaves your phone.
Your choices
You can reset all training data in Profile → Reset progress, delete the app to remove all local data, and manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. For anything else, email us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
