Terms of Use

Effective July 29, 2026

By downloading or using Kegel Flow ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical advice

Kegel Flow is a fitness and training app. It is not a medical device or a medical service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The exercises are based on training principles studied in pelvic health research, but individual results vary and nothing in the app is a promise of a specific outcome.

Stop and consult a healthcare professional before using the app if you are pregnant, recently gave birth, have pelvic pain, have had pelvic surgery, or have any medical condition affecting the pelvic floor. Stop any exercise that causes pain.
